Who pays the fee?
The fee comes out of the tip itself, so there are never surprise charges. Every tipper sees exactly what they're sending, and the worker sees exactly what they'll receive — before the tip goes through.
Is there a monthly fee or setup cost?
No. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, minimums, or contracts. You only pay the per-tip fee when you actually receive a tip — if you don't get tipped, you pay nothing.
Why is there a processing fee on top?
Card networks and our payments provider, Stripe, charge to move money securely. We pass that through at standard rates (2.9% + $0.30) and add our small platform fee — that's the whole cost.
How fast do workers get paid?
Standard payouts arrive in 1–3 business days at no cost. Workers who want their money right away can choose an Instant payout for a 1.5% fee — that fee is the worker's choice and never affects the tipper.
